Refunds & Returns

At Kelli’s Farm Crafts, we take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping our handmade products. Because of the personal nature of our bath, body, and home fragrance products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, scent descriptions, sizes, and other product information before placing your order.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges because of personal scent preferences, color variations, or differences in the appearance of handmade products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While all sales are final, we want to make things right if we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

When appropriate, Kelli’s Farm Crafts may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Handmade Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, weight, texture, pattern, and appearance are normal and are part of the handmade nature of our products. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed. If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
