Shipping

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside our direct control. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the contents of the package.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the personal-use nature of our bath and body products, Kelli’s Farm Crafts does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including scent preference, change of mind, or normal variations associated with handmade products.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
